What is MULA Loyalty Program?
MULA Loyalty Program created to benefit MULA Users to get MULA Loyalty Points as they spend for MULA Services.
What is MULA Loyalty Points? How does it work?
MULA Loyalty Points is the points you collect from using MULA services. For every RM1 you spent, you get 1 (one) loyalty point. With the points collected, you can redeem it for rewards.
How does MULA Loyalty Tiers? Tell me more...
There are 4 loyalty tiers: Member → Gold → Platinum → Diamond. Your ranking will move up automatically according to the total accumulated points.
Do I need to apply to join MULA Loyalty Program?
No, all users will automatically become our member right after the first successful transaction starting from 11th January 2021.
How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points through our rewards page in MULA App.
Is there any expiration date for my collected points?
Yes, there will be 3 months validity for the points collected. However, the points will be extended for next 3 months after a new successful transaction.
Eg: A transaction made on the 15th of March 2021; the expiration of points will be on the 30th June 2021. To extend the expiration, you need to make another transaction before 30th June 2021.
Will loyalty tier be downgraded?
Loyalty tier status will be maintained within the first 6 months period as long as the total accumulated points meet the tier status.
Eg: Between 1st January to 30th June; or between 1st July and 31st December, your tier status will be maintained for the next 6-month period.
Can loyalty points be transferred?
No, MULA Loyalty Points cannot be transferred.
What else can I do with my points?
More exciting rewards and partners will announce from time to time. At the present time, you will be able to redeem your points for all MULA services; e-hailing, parcel delivery & food delivery.
What are the transactions that do not qualified for loyalty points?
- MULA Car / Parcel – Tolls and discounted amount (promo codes and discounted vouchers).
- MULA Eats – Discounted amount (promo codes and discount vouchers).
What are the payment method eligible for the points?
All of our payment methods – Cash, credit card and Touch ‘n Go eWallet are eligible to collect points.
